Pelvic Floor Therapy is a treatment for problems related to the pelvic floor, a group of muscles that support the urinary and reproductive tracts. Our pelvic floor physical therapists specialize in the muscles, tissues and nerves and conditions which affect the pelvic floor. Your therapist will first ask you some questions about your history and you will have the opportunity to share your concerns.
Trigger Point Dry Needling (TDN) is a treatment performed by our competent and licensed physical therapists, which uses thin needles to insert into a tight and tender trigger point within a patient’s muscle(s) that are associated with pain, decreased flexibility, or decreased muscle function.

In our Gainesville location, we offer a wheelchair seating and mobility clinic for people with various disabilities, examples of which include:

A certified and experienced assistive technology practitioner provides a comprehensive evaluation to help patients choose the most appropriate seating and mobility device to increase their safety, independence, and quality of life.
Serviced provided include:
- Postural evaluation
- Wheelchair evaluation
- Pressure mapping evaluation
We recommend patients select a durable medical equipment supplier, or a person who provides medical equipment, before the evaluation. The supplier should be present during the evaluation to explain different equipment options and answer questions about pricing, payment options, delivery, repairs, and other services.
