Northeast Georgia Medical Center’s (NGMC) annual Love Light Tree Lighting Celebrations are right around the corner:

NGMC Braselton – 2nd Annual Love Light Tree Lighting Celebration

Thursday, December 1 at 7:00 p.m. in the Auxiliary Love Light Garden

NGMC Gainesville – 37th Annual Love Light Tree Lighting Celebration

Monday, December 5 at 7:00 p.m. in the Auxiliary Love Light Garden (near the entrance to the North Patient Tower)

In case of inclement weather, the celebrations will be in held in NGMC Gainesville’s North Patient Tower rotunda and NGMC Braselton’s main entrance rotunda.

The annual Love Light Celebrations are presented by The Medical Center Auxiliary to recognize Love Light donations made throughout the year.  Love Light donations support Hospice of NGMC, which provides in-home nursing care for patients with a life-limiting illness.

For a minimum donation of $10, a light will be placed on the tree.  Donations of $100 or more are designated as “Star” gifts, and donations of $500 or more are “Angel” gifts.  Love Light donations can be made year-round in honor or memory of someone, and that person or their family will receive a card notifying them of the gift.

“We are honored to serve as the chairs of such a meaningful cause, and it is humbling to see the support of our wonderful community for Love Light and Hospice of NGMC,” says Bonnie-Lynne Wilson, who serves as chair of the 2016 Love Light celebration along with her husband, Dr. Ron Wilson.  “The compassion and skill of the Hospice of NGMC team continues to inspire, and we are grateful for such a remarkable resource.  We’d like to extend a sincere thank you for supporting Love Light with your generous contributions.”
