Give to Graduate Medical Education

Your donations to Graduate Medical Education (GME) help us empower the physician leaders of tomorrow through comprehensive training in various specialties at Northeast Georgia Medical Center (NGMC).

Currently, NGMC’s GME program trains Internal Medicine, General Surgery and Family Medicine residents. Recently, NGMC earned ACGME (Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education) accreditation for its Emergency Medicine, Psychiatry and OB/GYN programs. By 2024, all six specialties will host more than 200 total resident physicians – making the program one of the largest in the state of Georgia.
