Please use the following specifications below to create face shields and deliver them to a drop-off location.
Materials Needed
Visor Top and Bottom Reinforcement
- Material is PLA, ABS, or PETG (ABS and PETG are very similar to PLA in chemical tolerance but both are able to withstand intense heat up to 200 celsius.)
- Utilize a 0-15% infill to keep it springy enough to fit around the head
Clear face-shield
- Any plastic that is flexible enough to bend but firm enough to hold shape at a thickness of 4-6 Mil (.004-.006 of an inch).
- Any unused overhead projector transparency paper can be utilized. This would be in 8.5’’x11’’ sheets or a roll could be utilized as well
