NGMC will be participating in multiple Relay For Life events throughout the region.

The Walk
There is no fee for walking as a donation has already been made on behalf of NGHS employees via WATCH, the NGHS Foundation’s Employee Giving Club. Register yourself, friends and family to join in this exciting event!
Participation in the walk will qualify NGHS team members for 50 Wellness points.
Volunteering at a Relay for Life event will qualify NGHS team members for 100 Wellness points.
Sign up and volunteer for at least a 2-hour shift to earn those points. Once you have signed up, please make sure to visit Limeade ONE, select the Volunteer activity, and download your volunteer form. This will need to be completed, signed, and emailed to nghs.wellbeing@nghs.com in order for your points to be uploaded at the end of the quarter.
To Walk
If you attend and/or participate in any of the Relay for Life events this year, submit proof of participation via Navigate and earn 50 well-being points for the community events activity. Visit Navigate for more information.
To Volunteer
- Reach out to the appropriate event contact listed below to set determine what assistance is needed and to officially sign up to volunteer.
- Visit your Navigate portal and download the volunteer form from the volunteer activity.
- Take your form with you when you volunteer and have the event contact sign off on your form.
- Upload the completed form directly to your Navigate portal for points.
