We believe in providing an environment that promotes a healthy and quick recovery by combining a healing atmosphere with the most advanced medical expertise, technology, and clinical staff. We employ a team approach, beginning with the Joints in Motion pre-operative education class, where your surgery and recovery takes place in a positive environment that is centered on wellness and coordinated with you and your family.
Collectively, our specialty team of orthopedic surgeons, nurses, occupational and physical therapists treat approximately 1,100 joint replacement patients annually. Our long standing tradition of performing and recovering a high volume of joint replacements using the most advanced techniques and best practices ensures our program has the necessary experience and foundation for returning patients back to enjoying an active and healthy lifestyle.
A Healing Environment
A differentiator from other joint replacement programs, all of our patients stay on our dedicated unit in private rooms designed specifically for the recovering orthopedic patient because we know early post-operative mobility and ambulation are essential for a quick and timely recovery.
Advanced Surgical Technique
An option for some joint replacement candidates, anterior approach hip replacement is an advanced surgical technique in which an incision is made in the front of the hip rather than from the side or back of the hip. The anterior approach minimizes muscle and tissue trauma and typically leads to a shorter hospital stay and faster recovery with fewer restrictions and less pain compared to the traditional approach.
