Northeast Georgia Medical Center (NGMC) Lumpkin brings exceptional healthcare directly to communities in Lumpkin County.
In 2019, Northeast Georgia Medical Center Lumpkin opened on the site of the old Chestatee Regional Hospital in Dahlonega, bringing the award-winning emergency care and inpatient hospital services of Northeast Georgia Health System to Lumpkin County while the system developed a replacement facility on 57 acres along Georgia 400, just south of Highway 60. The new facility opened in 2024 and expanded services to include surgery.

The customer service line is available live 5 days a week from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and will then be answered by voicemail.

You can submit a message for a patient using a simple contact form. The message will be printed and delivered by our hospital staff.
Flowers may be delivered directly to the front desk for all patients except those receiving care in the intensive care unit. A hospital volunteer will deliver flowers, packages and gifts to patients.
Volunteer
Volunteers assist with a variety of non-medical duties and provide kind and compassionate support to patients, family members, and visitors.
