Programs & Opportunities Available

As we continue to grow and evolve to continuously meet the needs of our community, we frequently have new opportunities available for Registered Nurses. That means we have a variety of opportunities for experienced RNs and something just for you! 

RN Residency Program

Our exceptional RN Residency program is for RNs with less than I-year experience. This 12-month program will pair nurses with a track to fully orient them and ensure that they have the education and experience they need to succeed.

LPN Residency Program

A structured comprehensive 12-month program for licensed practical nurses with less than 1 year of experience as an LPN, or less than 1 year of acute care experience.

COMPASS Program

Our COMPASS program is for RN students in their senior year that would like experience working in our hospital system as a patient care tech. At the end of this program, you will have an option to stay on as PRN.

PCT Advancement

Our PCT Advancement program is for individuals that would like to earn a CNA certification while working as a PCT Assistant. This program will compensate employees as they go through the program and pay for the tuition and testing. After the program, you will get placed and have a permanent PCT position with our system.

Peri-Op 101

Periop 101 is comprehensive clinical foundation program developed by the Association of Perioperative Nursing (AORN). This six-month, training is designed to prepare registered nurses with no perioperative experience for a career in the operating room as entry-level, perioperative registered nurses.

The program combines a standardized, evidence-based online curriculum provided in a classroom setting along with textbook readings and educational videos. Operating Room Educators will provide hands-on skills labs and clinical rotations to reinforce classroom didactic.
