The goal of the Northeast Georgia Health System (NGHS) Nursing Residency Programs is to facilitate the advancement and transition from student nurse to experienced, confident nurse.
We are proud to offer one of only four ANCC-accredited Practice Transition Programs in the state of Georgia, our Residency Program is a structured, 12-month program for licensed registered nurses with less than one year of experience as an RN.
