NGHS is seeking motivated team players who have a passion for excellence and a desire to develop personally and professionally to apply to our Administrative Fellowship program.

To be eligible, qualified applicants must either have a completed graduate degree (MBA, MHA, MPH) before the administrative fellowship begins or be currently enrolled in a graduate degree program and complete their courses prior to starting the fellowship program.

NGHS is a member of the National Council of Administrative Fellowships (NCAF) and accepts applications through the National Administrative Fellowship Centralized Application Service (NAFCAS). The 2025-2026 administrative fellowship application period has closed.

  1. Why do you want a career in healthcare?
