The Northeast Georgia Health System (NGHS) Commuter Program is unique and designed to offer financial incentive to individuals who live more than 100 miles away from one of our facilities. This program is currently available to qualified Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs).
For full-time employees hired to an in-patient role at an NGHS hospital campus, residing 100 miles or more from their assigned work location.
Employee will be scheduled for three (3) shifts on consecutive days and worked into the normal scheduling rotation to include some weekends.

Our commuter program employees are eligible to receive a specialty commuter differential on top of base pay and regular shift supplement. Qualifies for any merit increases awarded to employees as deemed by the organization.
