Before your visit starts, here are some helpful tips to make it successful:

• Have your medication list, pharmacy information and any symptoms or concerns you would like to discuss readily available.
• Dress appropriately, as you would for an in-person appointment.
• Give your full attention to the visit, avoiding distractions like cooking, cleaning, or eating.
• You should not be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.
