The Heart Center of Northeast Georgia Medical Center Welcomes New Cardiologist

Georgia’s #1 Heart Hospital has a new cardiologist. Nima Ghasemzadeh, MD, joined The Heart Center of Northeast Georgia Medical Center (NGMC) today and is accepting patients at the Braselton, Buford and Winder locations.

“When patients in Northeast Georgia need heart care, the cardiologists at The Heart Center of NGMC are the first physicians they call,” said Dr. Ghasemzadeh. “I’m thrilled to join the elite team of cardiovascular specialists at The Heart Center of NGMC and look forward to improving the health of the community.”

Dr. Ghasemzadeh completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Emory University, where he also completed fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease and Echocardiography.
