Grief Support Through Yoga and Music

This is a grief support group for those that have lost a loved one that teaches ways of coping with grief through Yoga and Music. All skill levels of yoga are welcome to attend. This will be a Zoom group and will be every Wednesday for six weeks starting on April 6th. You are asked to attend all six sessions.
