Bariatric Support Group – Braselton

This surgical support group is open to Northeast Georgia Medical Center’s patients who have had weight loss surgery with us or who are working toward their surgery date. These support groups provide education and support to make the lifestyle changes necessary to maximize and maintain results after Bariatric surgery.
