Workplace Drug Testing

Northeast Georgia Medical Center’s Forensic Toxicology Laboratory offers fast, local, high quality drug testing services for businesses in Northeast Georgia.  Collection sites are available throughout Northeast Georgia at the Health System’s many Neighborhood Healthcare Centers.  The Toxicology Lab provides fast results, with negatives available in 24 hours or less. 

A local, certified toxicologist is located on site and available for case consultations and expert witness testimony, something only a local lab can provide.  The Toxicology Lab uses state-of-the-art CEDIA screening technology with GC/MS confirmations — the most accurate and specific on the market. 

Chain-of-custody drugs of abuse testing is available as well as forensic urine drug screen panels.  Custom panels are also available depending on your company’s needs.  The Toxicology Lab’s opiate screening includes testing for synthetic opiates, such as Lortab, Vicodin, Percocet and OxyContin, which most labs don’t include.
