I am a Registered Nurse and Certified Diabetes Educator and have been with NGMC since 2000. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the Medical College of Georgia in 2003. I am married with one little boy. Diabetes Education is truly my passion!
Laura Graham, RN, CDE
I have been employed by NGMC since 1999 and have been a Registered Nurse since 2001. I moved to the Diabetes Education department in September of 2007 and became a Certified Diabetes Educator in May of 2010. I am married and live in Oakwood with our 2 children.
Suzanne Burns, RD, LD, CDE
I have been a Registered Dietitian for 17 years and a Certified Diabetes Educator for 6 years. I have worked at in the Diabetes Education department at NGMC for 2 years. I am married and live in the North Hall area with our 2 children.
Connie Niedermeyer, RN, CDE
I have been a Registered Nurse for 42 years. I have been with NGMC and the Diabetes Education department for 8 years and have been a Certified Diabetes Educator for 5 years. I am married with one daughter and live in the Hoschton area.
Rhonda Hammond-Moore, BSN, RN, CDE
I have been employed at NGMC since 2005. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Piedmont College. I joined the Diabetes Education department in 2008 and obtained my Certification in Diabetes Education in 2010. I live in Demorest with my husband, two children and a cocker spaniel.
