Northeast Georgia Medical Center's new Women & Children's Pavilion is now open!  Located on the Medical Center's main campus in Gainesville, the new Pavilion features:

• 18 spacious light-filled Labor, Delivery and Recovery rooms with flat panel televisions and comfortable sleep furniture for dads
• 8 dedicated antepartum rooms for pregnant mothers requiring monitored bed rest
• 8 triage rooms
• 4 c-section suites
• An all new Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), with 26 individual rooms allowing parents privacy with their babies
• 2 Parent-Infant rooms for parents to stay in the night before taking their baby home from the NICU

Our new Pavilion also allows for an expansion and complete renovation of our Mother/Baby area.

While our space is larger, our attentive physicians and staff continue to provide personal, individualized care to each family during their special visit.

Because while our new Pavilion will accommodate 7,000 babies a year, we know that no two are the same.
