 Philip
Olsen Kimsey, MD, received his medical degree from the Medical
College of Georgia. He completed his residency and internship in family
practice at Anderson Area Medical Center in South Carolina.
Dr. Kimsey is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians,
the Medical Association of Georgia, the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians
and the Christian Medical Dental Association.
He is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice. Dr.
Kimsey is married and has 2 children.
 Paul
Q. Cerny, MD, received his medical degree from Emory University
School of Medicine in Atlanta and completed his residency at the University
of Virginia. He recently returned
from central Asia where he served for a year as a medical missionary.
Before his missionary trip, Dr. Cerny was a family physician with
Lovelace Family Medicine in South Carolina.
Cerny is certified by the American Board of Family Practice and
is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
