Northeast Georgia Primary Care, Inc. participates on a number of managed care plans that are currently available. Unfortunately, because of the complexities and the dynamics of change in medical insurance, it is the patient’s responsibility to verify participation of his/her provider prior to presenting to the office for treatment.

As a courtesy, claims for private health insurance will be filed by our office. Should you desire to file your own claim, we will provide a statement of the services with the appropriate procedure and diagnosis information. All co-pays and co-insurance are due at the time of service.

Below is a list of the major plans with whom we participate. Some physicians may not be participating on all plans listed. Also, there are smaller plans and regular indemnity plans that we are happy to accept. Again, it is the patient’s responsibility to verify participation prior to presenting to the office for treatment.
