Medical Staff Officers Re-Elected and 2010 Department Chiefs Announced

Gainesville, Ga. — The following physicians were recently re-elected as Northeast Georgia Medical Center’s medical staff officers for the year 2010:  R. Philip Marler, MD, chief of staff; and Timothy A. Scully, MD, vice chief of staff.  Both Dr. Marler and Dr. Scully will continue in the positions they held in 2009.

Dr. Marler practices internal medicine with The Longstreet Clinic and has been on staff since 1992.  Dr. Scully is a cardiologist with Northeast Georgia Heart Center and has been on staff since 1991.
