Pharmacy Resident ProgramIf you are interested in a residency program
that will provide experience in a compassionate direct patient care in a community
practice setting, then Northeast Georgia Medical Center and Health
System, Inc. is the place for you. Our residency program provides
pharmacists with experiences in various areas including Cardiology,
Critical Care, Hematology/Oncology, Geriatrics, Infectious Disease,
Anesthesiology, Pharmacokinetics, Nutrition Support, and Women's and
Children's Health. At the end of the program pharmacists will possess
proficiency in resolving medication-related problems and conducting
practice-related research. Furthermore, pharmacists will demonstrate
leadership by developing a personal philosophy of practice and
exhibiting a commitment to patients, colleagues, community, and
profession.
To participate in the residency program you must
have a Pharm.D. degree from an accredited school of pharmacy. If you
