Volunteers Needed
Hospice of NGMC uses volunteers as part of its care team in providing end of life care to terminally ill patients in their homes. Volunteers are needed throughout the Hospice of NGMC service area and provide support such as sitting with patients, running errands, providing support to bereaved individuals, helping with special projects or providing clerical support in the Hospice of NGMC office. Volunteers are asked to work approximately four hours per week and attend occasional meetings. Training sessions are held periodically for new volunteers.
